(“Bnei Baruch America” “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy) is a noncommercial, public benefit, charitable and educational, nonprofit incorporated in the state of Missouri, United States, and is described as a public charity under section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, Bnei Baruch America respects your privacy as a visitor to its website and has developed the following privacy policy to inform you about how Bnei Baruch America handles your personal information after receiving it.  This Privacy Policy governs Bnei Baruch America’s use of your information on the Bnei Baruch America “KabU” website (https://kabuconnect.com/) and includes your use of the KabU materials, programs and KabU brand (collectively, “Website”).

Through its Website, Bnei Baruch America provides online teaching, training, classes, mentoring, courses, forums, interactive studies, videoconferencing, webinars, and other educational materials and services (collectively the “Services”) for the purpose of connecting interested individuals with the wisdom of Kabbalah, that is,  the natural law of connection, the science of connection, and related subjects to explain what connects us to each other and to the reality around us.

Bnei Baruch America is the controller and responsible for your personal information.

When you participate in Bnei Baruch America programs, such as classes, courses, forums, interactive studies, ZOOMTM calls, video-conferences, webinars, and other interactive media, you may choose to provide to Bnei Baruch America digital audio visual information about you including images, photograph, videos and/or other graphic representations, and your voice data. Whether you provide such Audio-Visual Data is completely up to you, and your decision to not provide such Audio-Visual Data will not adversely affect your ability to use the Service.

4.2.4. Financial Data. When you use Bnei Baruch America website to shop for or to purchase Bnei Baruch America memberships, classes, courses, or other educational materials, register for Bnei Baruch America credentials or certification, register for a test, or purchase other materials, Bnei Baruch America utilizes third-party payment processors as its agents (“Payment Agents”) to process your payment and provide payment verification to Bnei Baruch America concerning your payment. Bnei Baruch America and its Payment Agents utilize systems whereby we substitute a proxy set of identifying information for your real financial information. Our Payment Agents, which do handle your credit cards and other payment information, are PCI Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”) compliant. As a result, Bnei Baruch America does not collect or store your credit card numbers or other similar financially-related Personal Information and it isn’t exposed more than necessary. 4.2.5. Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of Bnei Baruch America products and services you have purchased from us.

We do not collect the following Special Categories of personal data about you. Such Special Categories include details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. Through your participation in the Services, you may, but need not, freely and voluntarily choose to post, share, provide contributions, or otherwise disclose Personal Information described within such Special Categories. Your sharing of Special Categories of personal data will not be requisite for your participation in the Services and We cannot guarantee the privacy of such disclosures described in this Section.

4.4. Cookies and Browser “Do Not Track” Notice

4.4.1. Bnei Baruch America may use cookies on your computer. A cookie is a small text file sent from a website and stored in a user’s web browser while the user is browsing that website.
