This includes room and board whether you opt for on-site or off-site accommodations. 

This includes accommodations either on one of the dormitory style bunk beds, or on an air mattress with bedding, or if you want to pitch a tent on the grounds.

As the bunk beds are reaching a full capacity, we are adding air mattresses with bedding in one of the spaces indoors at the site, and will have another “BB Hotel” experience of connection between us!

The limited number of private rooms on the grounds are all sold out, sorry…

There are multiple possibilities near the convention if you choose off-site accommodations, It is your responsibility to book and pay for off-site accommodations.
